I was in Washington last weekend and was introduced to your wonderful wines. I am a specialist writer / publisher and my company is DeliciosoOnline. My focus is custom and artisanal cookbooks.

We have been successful in developing customized books for businesses and would like to develop a customized book for you using your branding and based on either your recipes or ours or a combination! I do have a “Wine Lovers” cookbook, but the “Cheese Lovers”, “Flavored Oils and Vinegars”, “Jam Lovers” and “Chocolate Lovers” would all go well in your wine tasting room.

We have a generic olive oil and vinegar book which you can view through our websiite, to see how the books look. Our website is www.DeliciosoOnline.com and the epub book can be reached through the ‘custom books’ tab then ‘epub’ option.

We keep the cost of the customization low so as to encourage volume sales and I’d be pleased to be able to discuss a production cost which makes sense to your budget.

The books are 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and come in a cellophane envelope, so they are always look crisp and fresh. The wholesale price is $5/book, sold in lots of 20. Titles can be mixed or matched. A countertop stand comes with the first order of 20 books.

Would love a chance to work with you,

cheers,

Thea Nikolakopulos

Thank you for your generous donation of 2- wine tastings with food for 4 people each. What is the approximate value of that?

Also, we are interested in buying wine. We can’t afford +$20 for a 60 bottle wine tower. Do you have a wholesale price? We would want 12 bottles.

Hello, we we’re there 3or4 weeks ago and would like to come back this weekend. Can you give me a schedule for your events in southern Oregon over the thanksgiving weekend? Thank you!

I wanted to send you a quick email to tell you about a wonderful experience we had at your vineyard tasting room with Karen last week on our anniversary.

We’ve been huge fans of Cliff Creek since we first visited your tasting room in Carlton two years ago. You’re the only winery whose wine club we’ve ever joined because it was the first time we had ever gone into a winery and loved absolutely everything we tasted. I’ve since purchased a number of cases of your wine over the past two years.

I celebrated my 40th birthday with a bottle of your 2007 Cabernet Franc and we decided we wanted to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary with the same wine. Rather than having a bottle shipped to us, we decided to incorporate a visit to your vineyard into our week long celebration and pick up a bottle in person. When we showed up on our anniversary last Thursday Karen greeted us in the same friendly manner that we’ve come to expect from all of your staff (phone, tasting room, vineyard…you’re all awesome!) We tasted through your wonderful lineup of wines and decided to have a glass of wine and relax on your wonderful porch. Karen kindly offered to make us some food to go along with our wine. Although we didn’t take her up on her offer since we were still full from lunch, we really appreciated the gesture. After a wonderful conversation over our wine, we went to purchase a case of your fabulous 2006 Claret, our bottle of 2007 Cabernet Franc, and pay for our glasses of wine. Karen informed us that our glasses of wine were complementary in celebration of our anniversary. Furthermore, she told us that she was going to attempt to contact the Jacksonville Inn (where she knew we were having dinner) and have them waive the corkage fee for our 2007 Cabernet Franc that we had purchased for our dinner. Sure enough, as we were seated for dinner we were informed that the corkage fee had been taken care of.

Karen’s kindness literally made our anniversary. Thanks to her we will always associate wonderful Cliff Creek memories with our fabulous anniversary vacation. I didn’t think I could possibly like Cliff Creek Cellars any more than I already did, but somehow she made it possible.

Thank you for everything and for producing some of the best Oregon wines I’ve ever tasted. We spent the day after visiting your winery touring some of the other wineries in the Applegate Valley and I have to say that nothing came even close to the quality of your wines.

Keep up the good work!

I just bought a bottle of your “red, red wine” 2008 at the Market of Choice in Ashland, Oregon. It is just about the BEST tasting red wine I have EVER had!!!

Doug, Ashland, OR

J’ai bien recu la caisse de vins. J’ai ouvert une bouteille et je vous confirme
qu’il est excellent.
Franchement, a l’aveugle, je defie un specialiste de dire que ce n’est pas un
tres bon vin Francais.

Salutations.

Translation:

I did receive the wine. I opened a bottle and confirm that it is amazing.
Honestly, in a blind tasting, I challenge any wine connoisseur to say that it is not a great french wine. I hope that the owner will continue in making wines the same way and not listen to people asking for more oaky tastes that we find at all the corner of America.
I hope that you have more because I am going to taste the French community in NY and I am sure that they will love it and contact you.
