Do It Yourself Bacon Pairing – a 2nd Saturday Event
Saturday February 11th, 2012 12-5pm at the Vineyard and in Carlton
Visit Cliff Creek at the VIneyard or in Carlton for this first time ever event. It’s a Do It Yourself pairing experiment. We provide the bacon, you invent the pairings. Let your imagination run wild and let your palate be the judge as you mix and match some traditional aaand not so traditional bacon combos alongside a line up of Cliff Creek Reds.
As always, vegetarian options will be provided.
$10 flight includes pairings, waived with purchase of 3 or more bottles.
Always complimentary for wine club members and guests (up to four).

Join Cliff Creek Cellars in this historic and elegant downtown venue. Brasserie Montmarte has created a beautiful menu to be enjoyed alongside a line up of Cliff Creek wines. Brasserie Montmarte is a “rustic-refined French-American Gastro Pub.” Their focus is “food to drink by” which makes them a perfect partner for the kick off of the Portland Dinner Series.

First Annual: As in old world tradition, the Upper Rgoue Wineries invite you to sit at our harvest table and enjoy a special six course meal prepared by Chef Bill Heubel of the Jacksonville Inn. The 2nd Annual Sip Back In Time tasting event is happening. As Cliff Creek wines are made to age, this is the perfect day to stop in and get a feel for how past vintages are shaping up and a glimpse at future releases. As fate (and the fact that I am in charge of calendars) would have it, this “aging” event also happens to be on my birthday. The best part about this event, is that the tastings are bigger and better each year. Hopefully, all of us, as with wine, are getting better with age. I hope you will join me for this event of celebration of past and present!
