Sams Valley Vineyard lies in the Rogue Valley of the Southern Oregon appellation.  The vineyard is known for its unique terrior of Medford loam with a strain of volcanic ash and the high heat index and lack of rain.  This allows us to create complex fruit with intense flavors and exceptional balance.  We have taken extra care in choosing our varietals to match our sight.  We feel that the long growing season allows us to produce the highest quality fruit of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah and Sangiovese.
