Beautiful dark garnet color. Aromas of red fruits hints of sweet cherry. Soft structure through the pallet balanced with notes of espresso and cassis. Toasted notes on the finish alluring and sophisticated it is memorably lush with a tapestry of smooth tannins and succulent flavors of wild berries, plum and anise.
The grapes for our Claret were crushed, aged in French and American oak, blended and then aged further. This has created an elegant, classic blend that is well-balanced with a bold, beautiful bouquet.
These elements pair wonderfully with the gamey, robust intensity of the grilled beef. This is especially true in the case of dry aged beef and older Claret.
