Syrah has a vast array of flavors, from light smoke nuances, bacon with a honey maple glaze, Fresh Sage and Tarragon that lends a Licorice and Fennel note, Fresh Cherry compote, With a light peppery spice, to floral violet notes. Fresh hazelnut, vanilla is Introduced from the French and American oak we use known as the Spice Rack for Winemakers. In general, Syrah will be more elegant, lean, and savory than its powerful, fruit-driven cousin Shiraz.Vineyard Designation

Syrah is one of our flagship wines. Enjoyable in their youth, our wines are handcrafted to stand the test of time, revealing beauty and grace with age. The spring gave us a warm and flowering and fruit set with a high quality of fruit. The rest of the year gave the vineyard a long growing season with very little frost pressure in the spring or the fall. We had an average heat index that got us through a harvest ending in late October.Awards
